Provide comprehensive clinical services to patients of all ages, including physical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and community health.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with current APRN licensure in Virginia and certification in Adult or Family Practice. Requires at least one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner and BLS certification.
The Family Nurse Practitioner provides quality clinical services to patients of all ages within a community-based setting that promotes healthy lifestyles, prevention of illness and injury and management of acute and chronic conditions. Activities involve direct patient care, physical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and referral for specialty services as needed, and follow-up.
The Family Nurse Practitioner provides care in collaboration with the center’s Physicians and Chief Medical Officer.
