Provide personalized occupational therapy to patients in their homes to improve daily task performance and coordination. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary home health team to establish goals, assess fall risks, and educate families on care plans.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an active Massachusetts license and CPR certification. Requires at least one year of experience in occupational therapy, preferably within a home healthcare setting.
