Provide comprehensive case management services to children and families, including conducting assessments and implementing service and permanency plans. Ensure the certification of foster homes and monitor placements to guarantee the safety and needs of children are met.
A Master's Degree in Social Work or an equivalent degree is preferred, along with experience in human services or child welfare. Candidates must possess basic computer skills and professional written and verbal communication abilities.
