$58 - $64 / HOUR
Provide comprehensive primary care and specialized women's health services within an outpatient community health setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage acute and chronic conditions while documenting care in the EHR system.
Requires a current NH license and board certification as either an APRN or PA with 3-5 years of experience. Candidates must have specific experience in women's health and hold current DEA and BLS certifications.

Greater Seacoast Health is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Associate (PA) to join our mission-driven Primary Care team in Somersworth, NH.
This role includes a strong focus on Women’s Health, and candidates must have prior experience providing women’s health services within a primary care, family medicine, OB/GYN, or community health setting.
This is an opportunity to practice meaningful, patient-centered medicine in a supportive community health environment where providers are empowered to build lasting patient relationships while working alongside an integrated multidisciplinary care team.
