The OT Assistant provides skilled interventions under the supervision of an occupational therapist and documents each visit according to regulatory standards. They also observe and report on the patient's response to treatment and promote wellness through occupational engagement.
Candidates must have a current license to practice as an occupational therapy assistant and be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program. One year of related experience is preferred, along with current CPR certification.
