The LVN is responsible for administering treatments, monitoring resident status, and documenting acute episodes. They also supervise nurse aides and collaborate with physicians and the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school and hold a current Texas LVN license. Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform strenuous activities for over 75% of the shift is required.
