The LVN is responsible for administering prescribed treatments, monitoring resident status, and documenting acute episodes. They also supervise nurse aides and coordinate care plans with physicians and the RN Manager.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school and hold a current Texas LVN license. Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform active movements for over 75% of the shift is required.
