• The Float Pool at St.
• Joseph Hospital provides the opportunity for experienced nurses (RN) to work throughout our hospital in a variety of units.
• Our Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Float Pool RN will: Be responsible for floating between the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry departments Assess, monitor, administer medication, document progress, and overall management of care for the Medical-Surgical/ Telemetry patient population Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones through safety intervention, emotional support, and education.
• What you’ll bring: Passion for Medical-Surgical Nursing and caring for a diverse patient population 3+ Years of acute care nursing (RN) experience required Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required Will consider candidates enrolled in an accredited BSN program Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration Certification: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.

Salary Range

Usd $55.22 - Usd $63.68 /Hr.
