The Nurse Practitioner provides clinical direction and medical management for patients in the inpatient center and home hospice settings. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor plans of care focused on palliative and end-of-life goals.
Requires a Master's Degree in Nursing, a valid NP license in Pennsylvania, and at least 2 years of NP experience. Must possess prescriptive authority, an unrestricted DEA license, and obtain Hospice & Palliative Medicine certification within three years.

Hospice Aide Trainee - Home Hospice, (Full Time 1.0/Day)
