The pharmacist is responsible for managing home infusion medication therapy, including sterile compounding, dispensing, and comprehensive patient consultations. They collaborate with healthcare providers to develop individualized therapy plans and ensure strict adherence to regulatory safety standards.
Candidates must hold a PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a current, unrestricted state pharmacist license. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacist is required, with sterile compounding experience preferred.
