$20 - $22 / HOUR
Administer TMS and esketamine treatments while monitoring patient responses and recording psychiatric rating scales. Manage patient scheduling, financial procedures, and maintain accurate electronic health records.
Requires a high school diploma or clinical certification, with a bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Services preferred. Must be proficient in EHR systems and possess strong clinical interviewing skills.
High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent clinical certification, coupled with significant relevant work experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least one year of healthcare work experience (not mandatory). Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong clinical interviewing skills. Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus). Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided).
