HOW YOU'LL HELP OUR CLIENTS THRIVE • Daily Support

• Assist with grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, and hygiene.
• Healthcare &
• Mobility: Help with medication administration and mobility needs (including transfers and Hoyer lift use).
• Goal
• Setting: Work with clients to meet personal goals and integrate into the community.
• Engagement: Transport clients to appointments and local events.

• What you'll need
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
• The physical ability to assist with client transfers.
• A heart for service and a reliable, professional attitude.
