The RN provides direct patient care, performs triage, and initiates immediate life-saving interventions in the Emergency Department and Medical/Surgical floors. They are responsible for assessing patient needs, processing physician orders, and collaborating with the healthcare team to update treatment plans.
Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing and a valid RN license in Michigan, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates must possess or obtain certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and TEAM Advanced.
Certifications and Licensures
Credential: ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support
PALS or ENPC required within one of year of hire or transfer to position.
Associates Degree in Nursing required.
