• Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - Rehab (Days) Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant - Rehab for a 13-week travel assignment in Rolla, MO.
• Contract Details Days, 8 hr days 0 GWW Start Date: 7/20/2026 Contract: 13 weeks Location: Rolla, MO Hourly Pay: $ 22.00 Non-taxed Stipend: $714.00 Weekly Total Pay: $1374.00 Dress Code: Scrubs PTAs implement components of patient care, obtain data related to the treatments provided, and collaborate with the PT to modify care as necessary.
• PTAs assist the physical therapist in the treatment of individuals of all ages, from newborns to people at the end of life.
• Key Responsibilities: Counsel patients and their families on what to do following treatment.
• Observe the patients they are working with before, during and after therapy and report notes to the Physical Therapist.
• Assign specific exercises for the patient and help the patients do these exercises.
• Use devices, such as walkers, and other equipment to help patients regain movement and reduce pain.
• Use a variety of techniques, including stretching exercises and massage, to treat patients.
• Assist patients when moving to and from the therapy area.
• Help patients stretch and exercise certain muscle groups Read instructions from Physical Therapist Work directly with Physical Therapist to assist patients Speak with families to find best at-home techniques Keep physical therapy clean and organized Move patients from wheelchairs or walkers to physical therapy area Complete administrative tasks, like scheduling appointments and filing paperwork Teach patients techniques like balance training Compensation: Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible) Pay package details provided upon offer

Requirements

• Minimum Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of PT experience Must have LTC or Rehab Experience Must have PTA
• license Must have BLS certification Must be submitted at the posted rate, if requested rate is higher candidate will be redirected Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start): Drug screen and background check (facility required) Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
