• Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient (Days) Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist - Outpatient for a 13-week travel assignment in Lincoln, MI. Contract Details Days, M-F 8 Hour Shifts: 8am - 4:30p or 8:30am - 5pm / 40 Hour Guarantee Start Date: 7/13/2026 Contract: 13 weeks Location: Lincoln, MI Hourly Pay: $ 39.00 Non-taxed Stipend: $1246.00 Weekly Total Pay: $2416.00 Dress Code: Scrubs Dress Code: Khaki Pants & Navy Blue Logo Wear Radius-Rule: Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction) - Required This position delegates responsibility to the Physical Therapist Assistant and Aides. Activities of this position are patient focused and utilize assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in accordance with physical therapy standards, physician orders, and governing policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: (20%)
• Evaluates the patient’s function by performing formal/informal testing measures to determine the skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular status. (20%)
• Develops a goal specific treatment regime based on assessment data and the patient’s tolerance to carry-out the treatment plan as prescribed. (20%)
• Submits a written treatment regime to be included as part of the plan of treatment authorized by and coordinated with the physician. Updates plan of care as needed to reflect changes in patient status. Co-signs verbal orders received by physical therapist assistant as necessary. (20%)
• Devises a schedule of treatment, which is frequency and duration specific to be discussed with patient/family/caregiver and coordinated with clinical support staff. (20%)
• Educates patient, family, and/or caregiver regarding pathology or condition, patient alternatives, prognosis, and rationale for treatment through forms of rest, exercise, modalities, and other indicated interventions.

Minimum Requirements

• Must have PT Experience Outpatient Experience is required Acute Care Experience is highly preferred Must have Active American Heart Association BLS certification Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
• Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start): Drug screen and background check (facility required) Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
