Join Cabrillo Hospice – Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Location North San Diego

Make an impact where it matters most. Cabrillo Hospice is growing and looking for experienced, compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) who are passionate about end-of-life care and supporting patients and families with dignity.

What you’ll do
Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
Support patient comfort, safety, and emotional well-being
Observe and report changes in condition to the clinical team
Follow individualized hospice care plans
Offer guidance and support to family caregivers

What we’re looking for
Active California CHHA certification (required)
Hospice experience strongly preferred
Comfortable working in home-based settings
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
