• As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical function and mobility.
• You will assess patients' physical abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to promote healing and prevent further injury.
• Your work will involve collaborating closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• You will also educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health.
• Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to enhancing patients' quality of life and enabling them to regain independence in their daily activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Physical Therapist License in Colorado
• Current and valid state license to practice physical therapy in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles.
• Experience in orthopedic and geriatric rehabilitation settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical condition, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and communicate treatment goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and strategies to maintain physical health.
