The Telemetry RN provides and coordinates patient-centered care, including assessing symptoms and implementing care plans. They are responsible for monitoring patients, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve desired outcomes.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current Texas RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications. A minimum of 6 months of RN experience and the ability to read EKGs are required.

Job Summary The Telemetry RN is responsible for the provision and coordination of patient centered care. The RN coordinates care to achieve desired outcomes, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by delegating and working cooperatively and collaboratively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice and professional nursing performance in the clinical setting. The RN must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and service appropriate to the age of the patients served in his/her area.
Experience At minimum 6 month of RN experience Communication, organizational, computer skills, team player, work independently and quickly Must be able to properly read EKG. Education Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN preferred Current professional RN license issued and/or recognized by Board of Nurse examiners for the state of Texas BLS, ACLS for AHA
