Provide direct and indirect care to meet the physical and psychological needs of adults with serious mental illness. Responsibilities include monitoring patient behavior, assisting with daily living activities, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and proficiency in English. Preferred qualifications include one year of experience with psychiatric clients or a CNA certification.

Gladman is licensed as a 40-bed Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) providing sub-acute psychiatric treatment to adults 18 and older.

The Mental Health Worker is the treatment team member who is responsible for providing care to meet the physical and psychological needs of clients through providing direct and indirect services.
