The technician performs manual and automated activities in the processing of equipment and surgical instruments for decontamination and sterilization. They also prioritize workflow, communicate needs, and prepare case carts for procedures.
A high school diploma and a minimum of three years of sterile processing experience are required, along with SPD licensure. The role also involves compliance responsibilities and mentoring new employees.

SPD Licensure required
This position requires a minimum formal education of High School Diploma and minimum of three years sterile processing experience and SPD licensure.
