Provide person-centered care and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with daily living, hygiene, and community engagement. Responsibilities include facilitating skill-building activities, transporting participants, and maintaining accurate electronic progress records.
A high school diploma is required, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance and a clean driving record is mandatory. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and be willing to assist with personal hygiene.

Join our team at UCP’s Adult Day Program in Quaker Hill, CT (on the border of Montville and Waterford), where we provide a safe, person-centered environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This full-time, first-shift position Monday–Friday, 8:45am–4:30pm. focuses on community engagement, skill-building, and supporting participants with complex physical, cognitive, and medical needs—including hands-on assistance with hygiene, toileting, and meals.
