We are launching a new Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Brookfield, Wisconsin, and we are building a clinical team that is as passionate about this work as we are.
The Opportunity As a Therapist at Wisconsin Behavioral Health, you will be part of the founding clinical team for our new PHP/IOP program - joining at the ground level and helping shape the culture, clinical experience, and outcomes of a program built from the start around recovery-oriented, evidence-based care.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Brookfield.
You will carry an active caseload, facilitate group and individual therapy, collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, and contribute to programming that genuinely moves the needle for the people we serve.
What You'll Do Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducation to clients enrolled in PHP and IOP programming.
Participate in daily treatment team meetings, contributing clinical insight to treatment planning and level-of-care decisions.
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the Executive Director, clinical leadership, and care coordination staff to support smooth client flow and positive outcomes.
Build relationships with referral partners and represent the program with professionalism in the community.
Contribute to a program culture rooted in empathy, accountability, and high-quality care.

Requirements
Required Active, full Wisconsin licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, issued by the DSPS Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, and Social Work Examining Board.
Experience providing therapy in a behavioral health setting, including familiarity with group facilitation, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Comfort working in a start-up program environment where processes are still being built and flexibility is part of the job.
Full-time, on-site availability in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field required.
Preferred Prior experience in a PHP, IOP, or other structured outpatient behavioral health program.
Experience with substance use disorder treatment alongside mental health programming.
Familiarity with Wisconsin DHS behavioral health licensing and payer credentialing requirements.
Benefits
Compensation and Benefits $60,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with licensure and experience.
