Evaluates patients to diagnose and treat medical problems while ordering necessary testing and referrals. Responsible for timely EMR documentation and fostering the professional development of staff.
Requires an MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine. Must possess a current Oklahoma Medical License, DEA/OBNDD, and formal NRHS Medical Staff privileges.
Education Allopathic (MD) or Osteopathic (DO) Physician; board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Experience Completion of a IM or FM residency program Licensure/Certification Current Oklahoma Medical License and DEA/OBNDD; other required licenses/board certifications pertinent to specialty/area worked Must have formal NRHS Medical Staff privileges for specialty/area worked; includes age-specific competency
