The Patient Care Assistant provides basic direct patient care as delegated by clinical professional personnel. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for patients and visitors.
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 0-6 months of experience. Candidates must have specific nursing aide training, be a nursing student with acute care rotation, or complete UC Health competency training.
