The LPN provides direct patient care and implements nursing plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Key duties include providing treatments, documenting services, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality end-of-life care.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program with three years of nursing experience. Experience in community health, hospice, or medical/surgical nursing is preferred.
Position will serve the Lafayette and Kokomo, IN!
