The RN plans, directs, and documents all aspects of patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements and hospital philosophy. They are responsible for assessing patient needs and implementing individualized plans of care while collaborating with other shifts and departments.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a valid Registered Nurse license for the state of Arizona. One year of experience in mental, behavioral, med-surg, critical care, or ER nursing is preferred.
The RN functions under general supervision and direction of the Director of Nursing: Plans, directs, evaluates and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values and philosophy. Assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care. Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care. Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units. Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel. Education: Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing License: Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state of Arizona Experience: One year of mental, behavioral, med-surg, critical care, ER nursing experience preferred.ZR
