• We are seeking dependable and compassionate Personal Support Staff to provide non-medical support services in the home and community setting.

• Compensation $17–$21/hour Part-Time / Full-Time Job Summary Personal Support Staff provide direct, person-centered support to individuals in their homes and communities.
• Staff assist with daily living activities, companionship, community participation, and skill-building while ensuring a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
• Key Duties Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide companionship and emotional support Support community integration and skill-building activities Accompany individuals to appointments and community outings Document services and daily activities accurately and timely Maintain professionalism and confidentiality Promote independence and person-centered care

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required CPR/First Aid certification preferred Ability to pass required background checks Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications
