Compensation & Earning Potential • Pay-per-visit model

• $32–$35 per visit (base rate)
• Average full-time earnings: $55,000 – $70,000+ annually

• Your Role as a Home Health LPN
• Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Perform patient assessments and assist with care planning
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to supervising RN
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• CPR certification
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
