The role involves managing individualized, goal-directed nursing care for ICU patients using the nursing process. Responsibilities include ongoing physical and psychological assessments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with 1-3 years of critical care experience. Required certifications include a current state registration, BLS, and ACLS, with CCRN preferred.
