Join a collaborative Family Medicine clinic in Marquette, Michigan, where you'll have the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships and make a meaningful impact on the health of your community. As a Senior LPN at Lakewood Medical, you'll work closely with providers and a supportive care team to deliver personalized, whole-person care in a welcoming outpatient setting. This role offers the chance to be an integral part of each patient's healthcare journey while contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.

How you'll contribute

A Senior Clinic LPN who excels in this role

• Collects and documents patient intake data. Maintains accurate and complete patient records.
• Provides patient support that reflects considerations for emotional, physical, social, cultural, religious and economic influences.
• Assists with routine clinic support activities.
• Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
• Maintains appropriate, safe and therapeutic environment per clinic policy.
• Coordinates nursing staff to facilitate accessibility and continuity of care.
• Coordinates requests of physicians and office staff about patient activities and needs.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a state of Michigan LPN license and have graduated from an LPN or LVN Program.

• Additional requirements include
• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)
• Six (6) years of clinical experience
