Provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients while establishing personalized plans of care. Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries.
Must possess a valid State Physical Therapy Assistant license and credentials. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or acute care settings is required.
We are hiring a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.
