Provide occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients while establishing personalized plans of care. Responsible for maintaining clinical documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries.
Candidates must possess a valid State Occupational Therapist License and credentials. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or acute care settings is required.
We are hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.
