The pharmacist is responsible for ensuring prompt and accurate pharmaceutical care for patients, nurses, and providers as part of an Interdisciplinary Team. Key duties include reading patient charts, monitoring drug regimens, verifying and dispensing medications, and providing drug information and education.
Candidates must possess a BPharm or PharmD and be licensed as a pharmacist in Washington State, or be eligible for licensure within two months of hiring. Basic computer skills are required, while previous hospital pharmacy experience and residency/board certification are considered advantageous.
