The Registered Nurse will perform initial evaluations and annual reevaluations of members applying for personal care services, ensuring compliance with MassHealth regulations. They will also document progress notes and communicate with various stakeholders regarding evaluations and consumer support.
Candidates must have a current Massachusetts RN license and at least 2 years of recent experience in direct care of disabled individuals. A Bachelor's degree and familiarity with the MassHealth PCA Program are preferred.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, electronic filing systems. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, bend, stoop, walk, carry and lift objects. Travel Travel within the coverage area is required for this position. Access to reliable transportation required for community visits.
