This schedule may be adjusted based on patient and community needs. Salary for this role. Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full-time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Fewer than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE. Salary is also based on years of licensure and company equity. Annually, $122,595.20 - $156,145.60
• Essential
• Functions: Provide direct psychiatric services through the comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning and treatment of patients assigned, on a regular basis. As outlined within the State's scope of practice. Assure clinicians in assigned services receive appropriate clinical supervision, as necessary. Work with multidisciplinary staff to evaluate and triage according to level of acuity, as needed. Share 24-hour on call responsibilities with other psychiatrists for residential, outpatient and emergency care, as assigned. Maintain availability by telephone for face-to-face evaluation of emergency patients, as appropriate. Provide utilization review of all patients in continuing care to ensure appropriate medical/psychiatric services are received, as needed. Attend team and other meetings, as necessary. Provide consultation with staff on patient care and difficult cases, as needed. Understand and comply with organizational goals around quality, compliance, standards, and policies. Complete required education and training in a timely manner. Accurately and completely document patient care. Provide information to credentialing, payroll, etc. in a timely manner Monitor and coordinate care for assigned clients in partnership with the other members of the client's care team.
