The Medical Assistant supports patients and their families before, during, and after visits by working alongside clinical personnel to ensure smooth clinic operations. Key duties include rooming patients, taking vitals, preparing rooms, performing office-based testing, and managing patient care coordination tasks like referrals and authorizations.
Candidates should ideally possess 1 to 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, with bilingual skills being strongly preferred. A High School Diploma or GED and completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or certification exam are required.

IMS is currently searching for a professional, compassionate and knowledgeable individual to fill the position of Medical Assistant at our Goodyear clinic. The Medical Assistant is responsible for providing support by assisting patients and their family members before, during and after their visit. Medical Assistants work alongside doctors, nurses and other clinical personnel, performing functions that help the clinic run smoothly.
