$19 - $20 / HOUR
The Case Manager will foster a structured, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, building professional relationships while assisting with daily living skills, medication management, and facility upkeep. This role also involves providing supportive counseling, encouragement, and completing necessary client transportation and program errands.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have a minimum of one year of experience working with adults living with mental illness. A valid NYS Driver License and reliable transportation are mandatory, along with strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
