Responsible for providing direct care services including individual, family, and group counseling, support, and other activities; completes comprehensive assessment, development of treatment and discharge plan of care; maintains all clinical documentation; participation in and facilitation of all family and/or collateral meetings, interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, case conferences or other meetings as required to ensure continuity of care. Provides supervision to Clinicians, students/interns and other direct care staff as assigned. Completes all required utilization review tasks as assigned. For Outpatient and Residential services/programs transportation to client residence and/or transportation of clients may be required.
