Salary Range

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing direct care services including individual, family, and group counseling, support, and other activities; completes comprehensive assessment, development of treatment and discharge plan of care; maintains all clinical documentation; participation in and facilitation of all family and/or collateral meetings, interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, case conferences or other meetings as required to ensure continuity of care. Provides supervision to Clinicians, students/interns and other direct care staff as assigned. Completes all required utilization review tasks as assigned. For Outpatient and Residential services/programs transportation to client residence and/or transportation of clients may be required.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in counseling, psychology, social work, or other health-related field required.2. NJ licensure required: LPC, LSW, LCSW, PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LCADC
• (*must also have LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW or LMFT for any non-substance use program).3. 3 years mental health experience with population to be served is preferred.4. Credentials/certification on hire or to be completed within 6 months of hire required.a. SIFI/ACS/CCS to provide intern supervision.5. Valid NJ Driver’s License for Outpatient and Residential Programs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $62,358.40 to $77,979.20 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
