This clinician will focus on patient engagement, behavioral change, treatment compliance, and health risk factor reduction by providing brief Solution-Focused interventions for medically complex patients with co-morbidities. Responsibilities also include addressing substance abuse, encouraging smoking cessation, and assisting with crisis assessment.
Candidates must possess a Master’s level graduate degree in social work, Clinical Mental Health, or a related field, with an LCSW or LPC preferred. A minimum of two years of experience in Behavioral Health working with an interdisciplinary team and low-income populations is required.
Salary starts at $85,000.00/annually licensed
Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
