Responsible for managing patient flow and performing front desk duties, including scheduling and verifying payor information. The role also involves performing basic clinical medical assistant duties and maintaining secure patient health information.
Requires completion of a Medical Assistant program and at least one year of clinical experience. Proficiency in communication and organization is required, while CMA certification and medical terminology knowledge are preferred.
