Counselors are responsible for providing elite-level care to adults by evaluating their behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs, and developing personalized treatment plans. They must facilitate all clinical services, including individual and family sessions and therapeutic groups, and provide detailed aftercare planning and community resource referrals.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree with a CAADC/LPC or be working towards one, OR hold a Bachelor's degree with a CADC or be working towards one, accompanied by a minimum of one year of qualifying clinical experience. Our Duncansville inpatient program provides a supportive, therapeutic environment where clients can build strength, develop skills, and reclaim overall health and well‑being. We are currently seeking a full‑time Inpatient Counselor to join our dedicated clinical team.

The Counselor plays a key role in delivering individual therapy, group therapy, process groups, and family therapy within our outpatient program. This position also supports daily clinical operations, intake processes, and documentation requirements to ensure the highest level of client care.
