The dietitian will screen, assess, and monitor the nutrition status of patients as a member of the intradisciplinary care team. This involves collaborating to identify patient needs and evaluating nutrition requirements relative to symptoms, interventions, and mutually determined treatment goals.
A Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition or a related field is required, along with at least one year of experience in nutrition knowledge, food preparation, and instructional techniques. Candidates must be a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist or Certified Nutrition Specialist upon hire and obtain a Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist license within 180 days.
Days Monday - Friday General Summary Screens, assesses, and monitors nutrition status of patients. As a member of the intradisciplinary care team, collaborates to identify patient needs and barriers to care. Evaluates nutrition needs as they relate to symptoms, therapeutic interventions, and mutually determined treatment goals.
