The Certified Psychiatric Medical Assistant II will support the Behavioral Health team by ensuring smooth patient flow and providing excellent care coordination. This role involves supporting high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals facing healthcare access barriers.
Candidates must possess a current National Medical Assistant Certification or the ability to pass one within 90 days of hire, along with a minimum of one year of Medical Assistant experience. Required knowledge includes strong understanding of psychiatric principles, HIPAA, OSHA regulations, and medical terminology.
