The ICU Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients by conducting assessments, developing care plans, and evaluating progress. This role also involves supporting patients and families during critical health events and collaborating with the team for optimal outcomes.
Candidates must possess a valid RN license in Indiana, hold current BLS/CPR certifications, and obtain ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire. Critical care nursing experience is preferred for this part-time position.
The Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (ICU RN) is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients, including conducting initial and ongoing assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient progress. This role involves supporting patients and families through critical health events, including end-of-life care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes aligned with the hospital's mission and values. The ICU RN also prioritizes professional development by seeking educational resources, staying current with nursing practices, and contributing to a team-oriented environment focused on patient-centered care.
This position is eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus!

30 hours per week - Third Shift
3:45 PM - 4:15 AM
Every Fourth Weekend: Valid RN license in the State of Indiana
BLS/CPR Certification Required: ACLS and PALS Certifications Required Within 6 Months of Hire
