This role involves performing complex administrative duties related to fiscal and administrative projects, overseeing all aspects of office operations including preparing documents, managing schedules, and maintaining databases. The coordinator will also serve as the primary expert regarding department policies and procedures.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of three years in medical or healthcare institutions, preferably in academic medicine. Essential skills include strong analytical ability, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Performs complex administrative duties in preparation and completion of all fiscal and administrative projects. Responsible for all aspects of office operations including preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, charts, correspondence, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, maintaining office inventory, ordering supplies, taking minutes of meetings, sorting and distributing mail, responding to inquiries, triaging and routing calls, maintaining and updating contract database, assisting with new hire processing and other personnel related items.Serves as the resident expert on department policies & procedures.
