The technician will perform and interpret routine diagnostic procedures across various laboratory divisions including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and immunology. General technicians will be assigned to regular routine work in different areas of the laboratory.
Candidates must meet the educational requirements set by ASCP for a Medical Laboratory Technician, with an Associate degree being preferred. Applicants must be registered or registry eligible by ASCP or AMT, and must achieve registered status within one year of employment, along with possessing required customer service and communication skills.
Part Time (48 Hours/Biweekly)
Shift: Day/Evening/Nights (8 Hour Shifts)
Primarily dayshift, every third holiday, every third weekend
