The role involves providing evidenced-based therapeutic assessments and interventions for both post-acute and long-term care patients within a Skilled Nursing Setting. This includes scheduling flexibility as the department operates seven days a week and collaborating with other clinicians and restorative nursing staff.
Candidates must be graduates from an accredited physical therapy school and licensed to practice physical therapy according to state requirements. Preferably, applicants should have two years of clinical experience and must be capable of lifting the equivalent weight of an adult-size patient.

Graduate from an accredited physical therapy school. Preferably two years of clinical experience (if applicable). Capable of lifting the equivalent weight of an adult-size patient.
