The role involves promoting and restoring patient health by delivering individualized care using the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Responsibilities also include establishing a compassionate environment, closely monitoring patient status, recording significant conditions, and educating patients on treatments.
Minimum requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current Indiana RN licensure, and one or more years of hospital staff nursing experience, preferably with recent ICU Telemetry certification. Current BLS and ACLS certifications are also mandatory.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Graduate from an accredited nursing program Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State of Indiana One (1) or more years hospital staff nursing experience Recent experience in ICU Telemetry certified Current Healthcare BLS and ACLS certification
Bachelor of Science degree in nursing (BSN) Two (2) or more years hospital staff nursing experience TB and IV certification (or willing to obtain within department guidelines)
