Deliver individualized patient care through assessment, planning, and implementation while maintaining professional nursing standards. Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, recording conditions, and educating patients on treatments.
Requires a nursing degree, Indiana RN licensure, and at least one year of hospital staff nursing experience. BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory, with a BSN and IV certification highly preferred.

Establishing a compassionate environment acknowledging and attending to physiological and psychological needs; Closely monitoring status of patient under his/her care; Observing patient, recording significant conditions and reactions, and notifying healthcare team as needed of patient’s condition; and Educating patient on procedures and treatments to gain cooperation, understanding and allay apprehension.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Graduate from an accredited nursing program Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State of Indiana One (1) or more years hospital staff nursing experience Recent experience in ICU Telemetry certified Current Healthcare BLS and ACLS certification
Bachelor of Science degree in nursing (BSN) Two (2) or more years hospital staff nursing experience TB and IV certification (or willing to obtain within department guidelines)
