$19 - $21 / HOUR
The Certified Nursing Assistant will visit patients in their homes to assess well-being, assist with activities of daily living, and support prescribed treatments under a skilled plan of care. Responsibilities also include observing, reporting, and documenting patient conditions, and maintaining safety and infection control standards.
Applicants must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and preferably have experience in skilled home health, hospital, or SNF care settings. Candidates must be able to follow a skilled plan of care while working under RN supervision, demonstrating strong documentation and communication skills.
